ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಯೆಹೋವಯಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಕಾಣಲ್ಪಡುವದು ಎಂದು ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
