ଏବଂ ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସୈନ୍ଯ ରେ ବେଷ୍ଟିତ କର, ତାହା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଗଡ଼ ନିର୍ମାଣ କର ଓ ତାହା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ନିର୍ମାଣ କର। ଆଉ ତାହା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଛାଉଣୀ ସ୍ଥାପନ କର ଓ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ ରେ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଭଦକେ ୟନ୍ତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାପନ କର।
