ત્યારે યહોવાએ મૂસાને કહ્યું, “હું આકાશમાંથી તમાંરા લોકો માંટે અનાજનો વરસાદ વરસાવીશ. અને આ બધા લોકોએ પ્રતિદિન બહાર નીકળીને તે દિવસ પૂરતું અનાજ વીણી લાવવું. જેને કારણે હું તેમની પરીક્ષા કરી શકું કે તેઓ માંરા નિયમ પ્રમાંણે વર્તશે કે નહિ.

Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.
