ମାରେ ଅର୍ଥହୀନ ଜୀବନ କାଳ ମଧିଅରେ, ମୁଁ ଏହିସବୁ ଜିନିଷ ଦେଖିଅଛି। କେତବେେଳେ ଜଣେ ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ଧାର୍ମିକତା ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ବି ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହୁଏ, ଯେଉଁଠିକି ଏକ ପୁଣି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକ ତା'ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟାମୀ ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ଦୀର୍ଘଜୀବି ହୁଏ।

All [things] have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just [man] that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked [man] that prolongeth [his life] in his wickedness.
