ಒಬ್ಬನು ತೊಲೆಯನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸುವಾಗ ಕೊಡಲಿಯು ನೀರಿನೊಳಗೆ ಬಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಅವನು--ಅಯ್ಯೋ! ಯಜಮಾನನೇ, ಅದು ಎರವಾಗಿ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
