ಎಲೀಷನು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೇಳು: ‘ನಾಳೆ ಇದೇ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ, ಅಧಿಕವಾದ ಆಹಾರವು ಬಹಳ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಗೆ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಗೂಡೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನೂ ಎರಡು ಗೂಡೆ ಜವೆಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಮಾರ್ಯನಗರದ ಊರ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದನು.
