ਇਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਜੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਠੋਕਰ ਖੁਆਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਅੰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੀਕ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਬਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਐਉਂ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਠੋਕਰ ਖੁਆਵਾਂ।।

Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.
