ಆಮೇಲೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೀಗಂದನು, “ಇದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಎನಿಸಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಚಿತ್ತಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸೋಣ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಊರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಊರುಗಳ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೊಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೂ ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೂ ಈ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡೋಣ: ‘ನೀವು ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.

ଏହାପରେ ଦାଉଦ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ର କରି ଆପଣା ନିକଟକୁ ଡାକିଲେ। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ, "ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭାବୁଛ ଯେ ଏହା ଏକ ଉତ୍ତମ ବିଷଯ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯଦି ତାହା ହିଁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରନ୍ତି, ତବେେ ଆସ, ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ରେ ଥିବା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଭ୍ରାତାମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପ୍ ରରଣେ କରିବା। ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭ୍ରାତାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସହର ରେ ଓ ସହର ନିକଟସ୍ଥ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଯାଜକ ଓ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପଠାଇବା। ଏହି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଜଣାଉ ଯେ, ସମାନେେ ଆସି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ୟୋଗ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।
