ORV : ଏହାପରେ ଆୟୁବ ନିଜର ପାଟି ଖାଲିେଲା ଏବଂ ତା'ର ଜନ୍ମ ଦିନକୁ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦଲୋ।
KJV : After this opened Job his mouth, and cursed his day.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ସହେି ଦିନଟି ଅନ୍ଧାର ରହିଥାଆନ୍ତା ଏବଂ ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସହେି ଦିନଟିକୁ ଭୁଲି ୟାଆନ୍ତୁ। ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ଯେ ସଦେିନ ଦିପ୍ତୀ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହାଇେ ନ ଥାଆନ୍ତା।
KJV : Let that day be darkness; let not God regard it from above, neither let the light shine upon it.
YLT : That day -- let it be darkness, Let not God require it from above, Nor let light shine upon it.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ସହେି ଦିନଟି ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ଭଳି ଅନ୍ଧକାର ହାଇେ ରହନ୍ତା। ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ବାଦଲ ତାକୁ ଲୁଚାଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତା। ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ଯେଉଁଦିନ ମୁଁ ଜନ୍ମ ଲାଭ କଲି କଳାବାଦଲ ସହେିଦିନର ଆଲୋକକୁ ଭୟଭୀତ କରାଇଦେଉ।
KJV : Let darkness and the shadow of death stain it; let a cloud dwell upon it; let the blackness of the day terrify it.
YLT : Let darkness and death-shade redeem it, Let a cloud tabernacle upon it, Let them terrify it as the most bitter of days.

ORV : ସହେି ରାତ୍ରିଟିକୁ ଘନ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଘାଡ଼ୋଇଦେଉ, ସହେି ରାତ୍ରିଟି କ୍ଯାଲେଣ୍ଡରରୁ ଲିଭିଯାଉ। ସହେି ରାତ୍ରିଟିକୁ କୌଣସି ମାସ ରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ଦିଆ ନ ଯାଉ।
KJV : As [for] that night, let darkness seize upon it; let it not be joined unto the days of the year, let it not come into the number of the months.
YLT : That night -- let thick darkness take it, Let it not be united to days of the year, Into the number of months let it not come.

KJV : Lo, let that night be solitary, let no joyful voice come therein.
YLT : Lo! that night -- let it be gloomy, Let no singing come into it.
RV : Lo, let that night be barren; let no joyful voice come therein.

ORV : କେତକେ ୟାଦୁକର ସବୁବେଳେ ଲିବିଯାଥନକୁ ଆବାହନ କରି ଜଗାନ୍ତି। ସହେିମାନେ ସହେି ଦିନକୁ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। ଯେଉଁଦିନ ମୁଁ ଜନ୍ମିଲି।
KJV : Let them curse it that curse the day, who are ready to raise up their mourning.
YLT : Let the cursers of day mark it, Who are ready to wake up Leviathan.

ORV : ସହେିଦିନର ପ୍ରାତଃକାଳୀନ ନକ୍ଷତ୍ର କାଳିମାମଯ ହାଇେ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ରେ ଲୁଚି ଯାଉ। ରାତ୍ରିଟି ପ୍ରଭାତର ପ୍ରତୀକ୍ଷା ରେ ରହୁ ଏବଂ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯର ପ୍ରଥମ କିରଣ ନ ଦେଖୁ।
KJV : Let the stars of the twilight thereof be dark; let it look for light, but [have] none; neither let it see the dawning of the day:
YLT : Let the stars of its twilight be dark, Let it wait for light, and there is none, And let it not look on the eyelids of the dawn.

ORV : କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ସହେି ରାତ୍ରିଟି ମାରେ ଜନ୍ମ ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତକୁ ଅଟକାଇ ପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ। ସହେି ରାତ୍ରିଟି ମାେତେ ଏଭଳି ଦୁଃଖ ଦେଖିବାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ କରିପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ।
KJV : Because it shut not up the doors of my [mother’s] womb, nor hid sorrow from mine eyes.
YLT : Because it hath not shut the doors Of the womb that was mine! And hide misery from mine eyes.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଜନ୍ମ ସମୟରେ କାହିଁକ ନ ମଲି ? ମୁଁ କାହିଁକି ନ ମରି ବଞ୍ଚିଛି ?
KJV : Why died I not from the womb? [why] did I [not] give up the ghost when I came out of the belly?
YLT : Why from the womb do I not die? From the belly I have come forth and gasp!

ORV : କାହିଁକି ମାରେ ମା' ତାର ଆଣ୍ଠୁ ରେ ମାେତେ ବସାଇ ରଖିଲା ? ମାରେ ମା କାହିଁକି ମାେତେ ତା'ର ଛାତିରୁ ସ୍ତନ୍ଯପାନ କରାଇଲା ?
KJV : Why did the knees prevent me? or why the breasts that I should suck?
YLT : Wherefore have knees been before me? And what [are] breasts, that I suck?

ORV : ମୁଁ ଯଦି ଜନ୍ମ ହେଲା ବେଳେ ମରିୟାଇଥାନ୍ତି, ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଶାନ୍ତି ରେ ଥାନ୍ତି। ମୁଁ ଇଚ୍ଛାକରେ ମୁଁ ଶାଇେରହିଥାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ପାଇଥାନ୍ତି।
KJV : For now should I have lain still and been quiet, I should have slept: then had I been at rest,

ORV : ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଜ୍ଞାନୀଲୋକ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅତୀତ ରେ ଏହି ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାସାଦ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଥିଲେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଧ୍ବଂସାବସ୍ଥା ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
KJV : With kings and counsellors of the earth, which built desolate places for themselves;
YLT : With kings and counsellors of earth, These building wastes for themselves.

ORV : ମାେତେ ଯଦି ସହେି ଶାସକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ କବର ଦିଆୟାଇଥାନ୍ତା। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଘରଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସୁନା ରୂପା ରେ ଭରିଥିଲା।
KJV : Or with princes that had gold, who filled their houses with silver:
YLT : Or with princes -- they have gold, They are filling their houses [with] silver.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଶିଶୁ ବା ପିଲାଥିଲି କାହିଁକି ନ ମରି ଭୂମିରେ କବର ନ ନଲେି ? ମୁଁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ ମୁଁ ଏଭଳି ଏକ ଶିଶୁ ୟିଏ କି ପ୍ରଥମ କିରଣ ଦେଖିବାର ନ ଥିଲା।
KJV : Or as an hidden untimely birth I had not been; as infants [which] never saw light.
YLT : (Or as a hidden abortion I am not, As infants -- they have not seen light.)

ORV : ଦୁଷ୍ଟଲୋକମାନେ କବର ମଧିଅରେ କାହାକୁ ଅସୁବିଧା ରେ ପକାନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଲୋକେ କ୍ଲାନ୍ତ ହେଲେ କବର ରେ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ନିଅନ୍ତି।
KJV : There the wicked cease [from] troubling; and there the weary be at rest.
YLT : There the wicked have ceased troubling, And there rest do the wearied in power.

KJV : The small and great are there; and the servant [is] free from his master.

ORV : କାହିଁକି ଜଣେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ବଞ୍ଚିରହିବା ଉଚିତ ? କାହିଁକି ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ଜୀବନ ଦବୋ ଯାହାର ଆତ୍ମା ତିକ୍ତ।
KJV : Wherefore is light given to him that is in misery, and life unto the bitter [in] soul;
YLT : Why giveth He to the miserable light, and life to the bitter soul?
RV : Wherefore is light given to him that is in misery, and life unto the bitter in soul;

KJV : Which long for death, but it [cometh] not; and dig for it more than for hid treasures;
YLT : Who are waiting for death, and it is not, And they seek it above hid treasures.

KJV : Which rejoice exceedingly, [and] are glad, when they can find the grave?
YLT : Who are glad -- unto joy, They rejoice when they find a grave.

ORV : କିନ୍ତୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଭବିଷ୍ଯତକୁ ଗୋପନ ରଖନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସହେିମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରନ୍ତି।
KJV : [Why is light given] to a man whose way is hid, and whom God hath hedged in?
YLT : To a man whose way hath been hidden, And whom God doth shut up?
RV : {cf15i Why is light given} to a man whose way is hid, and whom God hath hedged in?
RSV : Why is light given to a man whose way is hid, whom God has hedged in?

ERVEN : But God keeps their future a secret and builds a wall around them to protect them.

ORV : ଏପରିକି ମୁଁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଇବା ପୂର୍ବ ରେ, ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖ ରେ ବିଳାପ କଲି ଏବଂ ମାରେ ଲୋତକ ପାଣିପରି ବହିଗଲା।
KJV : For my sighing cometh before I eat, and my roarings are poured out like the waters.
YLT : For before my food, my sighing cometh, And poured out as waters [are] my roarings.
RV : For my sighing cometh before I eat, and my roarings are poured out like water.
RSV : For my sighing comes as my bread, and my groanings are poured out like water.

KJV : For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.
YLT : For a fear I feared and it meeteth me, And what I was afraid of doth come to me.
RV : For the thing which I fear cometh upon me, and that which I am afraid of cometh unto me.

ORV : ମୁଁ ସ୍ଥିର କରିପାରୁ ନ ଥିଲି। ମୁଁ ନିରବ ରହୁ ନ ଥିଲି, ମାରେବିଶ୍ରାମ ନ ଥିଲା, ମୁଁ କବଳେ ବିବ୍ରତ ହେଉଥିଲି।"
KJV : I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came.
YLT : I was not safe -- nor was I quiet -- Nor was I at rest -- and trouble cometh!
RV : I am not at ease, neither am I quiet, neither have I rest; but trouble cometh.
