BNV : হে লোকরা, দেশের শাসকের জন্য তোমরা একটি উপহার পাঠাও| সেলা থেকে একটি মেষশাবক মরুভূমির মধ্যে দিয়ে সিয়োন কন্যা পর্বতের কাছে পাঠিয়ে দাও|
KJV : Send ye the lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
YLT : Send ye a lamb [to] the ruler of the land, From Selah in the wilderness, Unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
RV : Send ye the lambs for the ruler of the land from Sela {cf15i which is} toward the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
RSV : They have sent lambs to the ruler of the land, from Sela, by way of the desert, to the mount of the daughter of Zion.
ASV : Send ye the lambs for the ruler of the land from Selah to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
ESV : Send the lamb to the ruler of the land, from Sela, by way of the desert, to the mount of the daughter of Zion.
ERVEN : You people should send a gift to the king of the land. You should send a lamb from Sela, through the desert, to the mountain of Daughter Zion.

BNV : মোয়াবের মেয়েরা অর্ণোন নদী পার হওয়ার চেষ্টা করছে| তারা এক জায়গা থেকে অন্য জায়গায় সাহায্যের জন্য ছুটছে| তাদের অবস্থা যেন নীড় ভেঙে হারিযে যাওয়া ছোট্ট পাখির মতো|
KJV : For it shall be, [that,] as a wandering bird cast out of the nest, so the daughters of Moab shall be at the fords of Arnon.
YLT : And it hath come to pass, As a wandering bird, a nest cast out, Are daughters of Moab, [at] fords of Arnon.
RV : For it shall be that, as wandering birds, as a scattered nest, so shall the daughters of Moab be at the fords of Arnon.
RSV : Like fluttering birds, like scattered nestlings, so are the daughters of Moab at the fords of the Arnon.

ERVEN : The women of Moab try to cross the river Arnon. They run around looking for help, like little birds that have fallen from their nest.

BNV : তারা বলছে, “আমাদের সাহায্য কর, বলে দাও আমরা এখন কি করব! যেমন করে ছায়া মধ্যাহ্নের গনগনে সূর্য় থেকে আমাদের রক্ষা করে, তেমনি প্রভু শএুদের হাত থেকে আমাদের রক্ষা কর| আমরা শএুদের হাত থেকে পালিয়ে বেঁচ্ছেি| আমাদের আড়াল কর| আমাদের শএুদের হাতে তুলে দিও না|”
KJV : Take counsel, execute judgment; make thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the outcasts; bewray not him that wandereth.
YLT : Bring ye in counsel, do judgment, Make as night thy shadow in the midst of noon, Hide outcasts, the wanderer reveal not.
RV : Give counsel, execute judgment; make thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday: hide the outcasts; bewray not the wanderer.
RSV : "Give counsel, grant justice; make your shade like night at the height of noon; hide the outcasts, betray not the fugitive;

ERVEN : They say, "Help us! Tell us what to do. Protect us from our enemies as shade protects us from the noon sun. We are running from our enemies. Hide us! Don't give us to our enemies.

BNV : মোয়াবের লোকদের জোর করে বাড়ি ছাড়া করা হয়েছে| তাই তাদের তোমাদের দেশে বাস করতে দাও| শএুদের চোখ থেকে তাদের লুকিয়ে রাখো| লুঠতরাজ বন্ধ হবে| শএুরা পরাস্ত হবে| অত্যাচারী লোকরা দেশ ছেড়ে চলে যাবে|
KJV : Let mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.
YLT : Sojourn in thee do My outcasts, O Moab, Be a secret hiding-place to them, From the face of a destroyer, For ceased hath the extortioner, Finished hath been a destroyer, Consumed the treaders down out of the land.
RV : Let mine outcasts dwell with thee; as for Moab, be thou a covert to him from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is brought to nought, spoiling ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.
RSV : let the outcasts of Moab sojourn among you; be a refuge to them from the destroyer. When the oppressor is no more, and destruction has ceased, and he who tramples under foot has vanished from the land,

ESV : let the outcasts of Moab sojourn among you; be a shelter to them from the destroyer. When the oppressor is no more and destruction has ceased, and he who tramples underfoot has vanished from the land,
ERVEN : People from Moab were forced to leave their homes. So let them live in your land. Hide them from their enemies." The robbing will stop. The enemy will be defeated. The men who hurt the people will be gone from the land.

BNV : তারপর দাযূদের পরিবার থেকে এক জন নতুন রাজা আসবেন| তিনি বিশ্বস্ত হবেন| তিনি দয়ালু এবং প্রেমিক হবেন| এই রাজা ন্যায্য বিচার করবেন| যা কিছু ভাল এবং সঠিক সে সব কাজ তিনি তাড়াতাড়ি করবেন|
KJV : And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.
YLT : And established in kindness is the throne, And [one] hath sat on it in truth, in the tent of David, Judging and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.
RV : And a throne shall be established in mercy, and one shall sit thereon in truth, in the tent of David; judging, and seeking judgment, and swift to do righteousness.
RSV : then a throne will be established in steadfast love and on it will sit in faithfulness in the tent of David one who judges and seeks justice and is swift to do righteousness."

ERVEN : Then a new king will come. He will be from David's family. He will be loyal, loving, and kind. He will be a king who judges fairly. He will do what is right and good.

BNV : আমরা মোয়াব্বাসীদের অহঙ্কার এবং দাম্ভিকতার কথা শুনেছি| তারা অহঙ্কারী এবং হিংস্র| তারা দম্ভ করে, কিন্তু তাদের দম্ভগুলি শুধুই কতগুলি ফাঁকা বুলি|
KJV : We have heard of the pride of Moab; [he is] very proud: [even] of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his wrath: [but] his lies [shall] not [be] so.
YLT : We have heard of the pride of Moab -- very proud, His pride, and his arrogance, and his wrath, Not right [are] his devices.

BNV : এই অহঙ্কারের জন্য গোটা মোয়াব দেশ ভুগবে| মোয়াবের সমস্ত লোক হাহাকার করবে| তারা দুঃখিত হবে এবং অতীতে তাদের যা যা ছিল তারা তা ফিরে পেতে চাইবে|
KJV : Therefore shall Moab howl for Moab, every one shall howl: for the foundations of Kir-hareseth shall ye mourn; surely [they are] stricken.
YLT : Therefore howl doth Moab for Moab, all of it doth howl, For the grape-cakes of Kir-Hareseth it meditateth, Surely they are smitten.
RV : Therefore shall Moab howl for Moab, every one shall howl: for the raisin-cakes of Kir-hareseth shall ye mourn, utterly stricken.
RSV : Therefore let Moab wail, let every one wail for Moab. Mourn, utterly stricken, for the raisin-cakes of Kirhareseth.

ERVEN : Because of their pride, everyone in Moab will mourn. They will wish for the way things used to be. They will wish for the fig-cakes from Kir Hareseth.

BNV : হিশ্বোনের ক্ষেত ও সিব্মার দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেত নষ্ট হয়ে গিয়েছে| বিদেশী শাসকরা তাদের সব দ্রাক্ষাগাছ কেটে ফেলেছে| সুদূর যাসের শহর পর্য়ন্ত এমনকি মরুভূমির ভেতর পর্য়ন্ত তাদের দ্রাক্ষা বাগান ছড়িয়ে থাকত| তাদের শাখাগুলি একেবারে সমুদ্রের ওপার পর্য়ন্ত ছড়িয়ে পড়ত|
KJV : For the fields of Heshbon languish, [and] the vine of Sibmah: the lords of the heathen have broken down the principal plants thereof, they are come [even] unto Jazer, they wandered [through] the wilderness: her branches are stretched out, they are gone over the sea.
YLT : Because fields of Heshbon languish, The vine of Sibmah, Lords of nations did beat her choice vines, Unto Jazer they have come, They have wandered in a wilderness, Her plants have spread themselves, They have passed over a sea.
RV : For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah; the lords of the nations have broken down the choice plants thereof; they reached even unto Jazer, they wandered into the wilderness; her branches were spread abroad, they passed over the sea.
RSV : For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah; the lords of the nations have struck down its branches, which reached to Jazer and strayed to the desert; its shoots spread abroad and passed over the sea.

ERVEN : The fields of Heshbon and the vines of Sibmah no longer grow grapes. Foreign rulers have destroyed the vines. The enemy has reached Jazer and has spread into the desert and down to the sea.

BNV : “আমি যাসের এবং সিব্মার লোকদের সঙ্গে কাঁদব কারণ দ্রাক্ষা ক্ষেতগুলি ধ্বংস করা হয়েছে| আমি হিশ্বোন এবং ইলিয়ালীর লোকদের সঙ্গে কাঁদব কারণ কোন শস্য সংগ্রহ হবে না| কোন গ্রীষ্মকালীন ফসল উঠবে না| তাই কোন আনন্দ উল্লাস হবে না|
KJV : Therefore I will bewail with the weeping of Jazer the vine of Sibmah: I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for the shouting for thy summer fruits and for thy harvest is fallen.
YLT : Therefore I weep with the weeping of Jazer, The vine of Sibmah, I water thee [with] my tear, O Heshbon and Elealeh, For -- for thy summer fruits, and for thy harvest, The shouting hath fallen.
RV : Therefore I will weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah: I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for upon thy summer fruits and upon thy harvest the {cf15i battle} shout is fallen.

ERVEN : I will cry with the people of Jazer and Sibmah, because the grapes have been destroyed. I will cry with the people of Heshbon and Elealeh because there will be no harvest. There will be no summer fruit, and there will be no shouts of joy for the harvest.

BNV : কারমেলে কোন আনন্দ গান হবে না| শস্য সংগ্রহের সময়কার আনন্দের আমি পরিসমাপ্তি ঘটাব| দ্রাক্ষারস তৈরীর জন্য যে সমস্ত দ্রাক্ষা তৈরি হয়ে আছে তা সব নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে|
KJV : And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the plentiful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be shouting: the treaders shall tread out no wine in [their] presses; I have made [their vintage] shouting to cease.
YLT : And removed have been gladness and joy from the fruitful field, And in vineyards they sing not, nor shout, Wine in the presses treadeth not the treader, Shouting I have caused to cease.
RV : And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the fruitful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither joyful noise: no treader shall tread out wine in the presses; I have made the {cf15i vintage} shout to cease.
RSV : And joy and gladness are taken away from the fruitful field; and in the vineyards no songs are sung, no shouts are raised; no treader treads out wine in the presses; the vintage shout is hushed.
ASV : And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the fruitful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither joyful noise: no treader shall tread out wine in the presses; I have made the vintage shout to cease.
ESV : And joy and gladness are taken away from the fruitful field, and in the vineyards no songs are sung, no cheers are raised; no treader treads out wine in the presses; I have put an end to the shouting.
ERVEN : There will be no joy and happiness in the orchard. I will end the happy singing and shouting in the vineyard. The grapes are ready to make wine, but they will all be ruined.

BNV : তাই আমি মোয়াব এবং কীর্-হেরস এই দুটি শহরের জন্য খুবই দুঃখিত|
KJV : Wherefore my bowels shall sound like an harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kir-haresh.
YLT : Therefore my bowels for Moab as a harp do sound, And mine inward parts for Kir-Haresh.
RV : Wherefore my bowels sound like an harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kir-heres.
RSV : Therefore my soul moans like a lyre for Moab, and my heart for Kirheres.
ASV : Wherefore my heart soundeth like a harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kir-heres.
ESV : Therefore my inner parts moan like a lyre for Moab, and my inmost self for Kir-hareseth.
ERVEN : So I will hum a sad song for Moab and Kir Heres, like a harp playing a funeral song.

BNV : মোয়াবের লোকরা তাদের উপাসনালযে যাবে| লোকরা প্রার্থনা জানানোর চেষ্টা করবে| কিন্তু তারা তাদের পরিণাম কি হবে তা দেখতে পেয়ে এত দুর্বল হয়ে পড়বে যে আর প্রার্থনা করতে পারবে না|”
KJV : And it shall come to pass, when it is seen that Moab is weary on the high place, that he shall come to his sanctuary to pray; but he shall not prevail.
YLT : And it hath come to pass, when it hath been seen, That weary hath been Moab on the high place, And he hath come unto his sanctuary to pray, And is not able.
RV : And it shall come to pass, when Moab presenteth himself, when he wearieth himself upon the high place, and shall come to his sanctuary to pray, that he shall not prevail.
RSV : And when Moab presents himself, when he wearies himself upon the high place, when he comes to his sanctuary to pray, he will not prevail.
ASV : And it shall come to pass, when Moab presenteth himself, when he wearieth himself upon the high place, and shall come to his sanctuary to pray, that he shall not prevail.
ESV : And when Moab presents himself, when he wearies himself on the high place, when he comes to his sanctuary to pray, he will not prevail.
ERVEN : The people of Moab will go to their high places to worship. They will go to their temple to pray, but it will not help them.

BNV : প্রভু মোয়াব সম্পর্কে এই ঘটনাগুলির কথা বহুবার বলেছেন|
KJV : This [is] the word that the LORD hath spoken concerning Moab since that time.
YLT : This [is] the word that Jehovah hath spoken unto Moab from that time,
RV : This is the word that the LORD spake concerning Moab in time past.
RSV : This is the word which the LORD spoke concerning Moab in the past.

BNV : এবং প্রভু এখন বলেন, “তিন বছরের মধ্যে এই বিপুল জনসংখ্যা এবং অন্যান্য জিনিষ, যার জন্য মোয়াব গর্বিত, তার বিশেষ কিছুরই অস্তিত্ব থাকবে না (ঠিক যেমন ভাড়া করা সহকারীরা সময় গোনে)| শুধুমাত্র ক্ষীণবল গুটিকতক লোক পড়ে থাকবে|”
KJV : But now the LORD hath spoken, saying, Within three years, as the years of an hireling, and the glory of Moab shall be contemned, with all that great multitude; and the remnant [shall be] very small [and] feeble.
YLT : And now hath Jehovah spoken, saying, `In three years, as years of an hireling, Lightly esteemed is the honour of Moab, With all the great multitude, And the remnant [is] little, small, not mighty!`
RV : But now the LORD hath spoken, saying, Within three years, as the years of an hireling, and the glory of Moab shall be brought into contempt, with all his great multitude; and the remnant shall be very small and of no account.
RSV : But now the LORD says, "In three years, like the years of a hireling, the glory of Moab will be brought into contempt, in spite of all his great multitude, and those who survive will be very few and feeble."
ASV : But now Jehovah hath spoken, saying, Within three years, as the years of a hireling, the glory of Moab shall be brought into contempt, with all his great multitude; and the remnant shall be very small and of no account.
ESV : But now the LORD has spoken, saying, "In three years, like the years of a hired worker, the glory of Moab will be brought into contempt, in spite of all his great multitude, and those who remain will be very few and feeble."
ERVEN : And now the Lord says, "In three years (counting as exactly as a hired worker would) all those people and the things they are proud of will be gone. Only a few of their weakest people will be left."
