BNV : পরে ফরৌণের দুই ভৃত্য ফরৌণের প্রতি কিছু অন্যায় কাজ করল| এই ভৃত্যেরা ছিল তার রুটিওয়ালা ও দ্রাক্ষারস পরিবেশনকারী|
KJV : And it came to pass after these things, [that] the butler of the king of Egypt and [his] baker had offended their lord the king of Egypt.
YLT : And it cometh to pass, after these things -- the butler of the king of Egypt and the baker have sinned against their lord, against the king of Egypt;
RV : And it came to pass after these things, that the butler of the king of Egypt and his baker offended their lord the king of Egypt.

ERVEN : Later, two of Pharaoh's servants did something wrong to Pharaoh. These servants were the baker and the man who served wine to Pharaoh.

BNV : ফরৌণ প্রধান রুটিওয়ালা ও দ্রাক্ষারস পরিবেশনকারীর উপর ক্রুদ্ধ হয়েছিলেন|
KJV : And Pharaoh was wroth against two [of] his officers, against the chief of the butlers, and against the chief of the bakers.
YLT : and Pharaoh is wroth against his two eunuchs, against the chief of the butlers, and against the chief of the bakers,
RV : And Pharaoh was wroth against his two officers, against the chief of the butlers, and against the chief of the bakers.
RSV : And Pharaoh was angry with his two officers, the chief butler and the chief baker,

BNV : তাই ফরৌণ তাদের য়োষেফের সাথে একই কারাগারে রাখলেন| পোটীফর, ফরৌণের কারারক্ষকদের প্রধান সেই কারাগারের দায়িত্বে ছিলেন|
KJV : And he put them in ward in the house of the captain of the guard, into the prison, the place where Joseph [was] bound.
YLT : and giveth them in charge in the house of the chief of the executioners, unto the round-house, the place where Joseph [is] a prisoner,
RV : And he put them in ward in the house of the captain of the guard, into the prison, the place where Joseph was bound.

BNV : প্রধান কারারক্ষক সেই দুই বন্দীকে য়োষেফের পরিচর্য়ার অধীনে রাখলেন| সেই দুইজন লোকই কিছু সময় সেই কারাগারে রইল|
KJV : And the captain of the guard charged Joseph with them, and he served them: and they continued a season in ward.
YLT : and the chief of the executioners chargeth Joseph with them, and he serveth them; and they are days in charge.

BNV : একদিন রাত্রে দুই বন্দীই স্বপ্ন দেখল| (এই দুই বন্দী ছিল মিশরের রাজার রুটিওয়ালা ও দ্রাক্ষারস পরিবেশনকারী|) প্রত্যেক বন্দীই ভিন্ন ভিন্ন স্বপ্ন দেখল এবং প্রতিটি স্বপ্নের নিজস্ব অর্থ ছিল|
KJV : And they dreamed a dream both of them, each man his dream in one night, each man according to the interpretation of his dream, the butler and the baker of the king of Egypt, which [were] bound in the prison.
YLT : And they dream a dream both of them, each his dream in one night, each according to the interpretation of his dream, the butler and the baker whom the king of Egypt hath, who [are] prisoners in the round-house.

ERVEN : One night both of the prisoners had a dream. The baker and the wine server each had his own dream, and each dream had its own meaning.

BNV : পরের দিন সকালে য়োষেফ তাদের কাছে গিয়ে দেখলেন য়ে তারা দুশ্চিন্তাগ্রস্থ|
KJV : And Joseph came in unto them in the morning, and looked upon them, and, behold, they [were] sad.
YLT : And Joseph cometh in unto them in the morning, and seeth them, and lo, they [are] morose;
RV : And Joseph came in unto them in the morning, and saw them, and, behold, they were sad.
RSV : When Joseph came to them in the morning and saw them, they were troubled.

ERVEN : Joseph went to them the next morning and saw that the two men were worried.

BNV : য়োষেফ জিজ্ঞাসা করলেন, “তোমাদের এত বিষন্ন দেখাচ্ছে কেন?”
KJV : And he asked Pharaoh’s officers that [were] with him in the ward of his lord’s house, saying, Wherefore look ye [so] sadly to day?
YLT : and he asketh Pharaoh`s eunuchs who [are] with him in charge in the house of his lord, saying, `Wherefore [are] your faces sad to-day?`
RV : And he asked Pharaoh-s officers that were with him in ward in his master-s house, saying, Wherefore look ye so sadly to day?
RSV : So he asked Pharaoh's officers who were with him in custody in his master's house, "Why are your faces downcast today?"
ASV : And he asked Pharaohs officers that were with him in ward in his masters house, saying, Wherefore look ye so sad to-day?
ESV : So he asked Pharaoh's officers who were with him in custody in his master's house, "Why are your faces downcast today?"
ERVEN : He asked them, "Why do you look so worried today?"

BNV : লোক দুটি উত্তর করল, “গত রাতে আমরা স্বপ্ন দেখেছি কিন্তু স্বপ্নের অর্থ বুঝছি না| সেই স্বপ্নের অর্থ বলার বা তা বুঝিযে দেবার কেউ নেই|”য়োষেফ তাদের বললেন, “ঈশ্বরই একজন যিনি বোঝেন ও স্বপ্নের অর্থ বলতে পারেন| তাই আমার অনুরোধ, তোমাদের স্বপ্নগুলো বল|”
KJV : And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and [there is] no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, [Do] not interpretations [belong] to God? tell me [them,] I pray you.
YLT : And they say unto him, `A dream we have dreamed, and there is no interpreter of it;` and Joseph saith unto them, `Are not interpretations with God? recount, I pray you, to me.`
RV : And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God? tell it me, I pray you.
RSV : They said to him, "We have had dreams, and there is no one to interpret them." And Joseph said to them, "Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell them to me, I pray you."
ASV : And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God? tell it me, I pray you.
ESV : They said to him, "We have had dreams, and there is no one to interpret them." And Joseph said to them, "Do not interpretations belong to God? Please tell them to me."
ERVEN : The two men answered, "We both had dreams last night, but we don't understand what we dreamed. There is no one to explain the dreams to us." Joseph said to them, "God is the only one who can understand and explain dreams. So I beg you, tell me your dreams."

BNV : সুতরাং দ্রাক্ষারস পরিবেশক য়োষেফকে তার স্বপ্ন বলল, “আমি স্বপ্নে একটা দ্রাক্ষালতা দেখলাম|
KJV : And the chief butler told his dream to Joseph, and said to him, In my dream, behold, a vine [was] before me;
YLT : And the chief of the butlers recounteth his dream to Joseph, and saith to him, `In my dream, then lo, a vine [is] before me!

ERVEN : So the wine server told Joseph his dream. The server said, "I dreamed I saw a vine.

BNV : সেই লতায় তিনটে শাখা ছিল| আমি দেখলাম শাখাগুলিতে ফুল হল এবং দ্রাক্ষা ফলল|
KJV : And in the vine [were] three branches: and it [was] as though it budded, [and] her blossoms shot forth; and the clusters thereof brought forth ripe grapes:
YLT : and in the vine [are] three branches, and it [is] as it were flourishing; gone up hath its blossom, its clusters have ripened grapes;

BNV : আমি ফরৌণের পানপাত্র ধরেছিলাম, তাই সেই দ্রাক্ষাগুলোকে সেই কাপে নিঙড়ে নিলাম| তারপর সেই পানপাত্র ফরৌণকে দিলাম|”
KJV : And Pharaoh’s cup [was] in my hand: and I took the grapes, and pressed them into Pharaoh’s cup, and I gave the cup into Pharaoh’s hand.
YLT : and Pharaoh`s cup [is] in my hand, and I take the grapes and press them into the cup of Pharaoh, and I give the cup into the hand of Pharaoh.`
RV : and Pharaoh-s cup was in my hand; and I took the grapes, and pressed them into Pharaoh-s cup, and I gave the cup into Pharaoh-s hand.
RSV : Pharaoh's cup was in my hand; and I took the grapes and pressed them into Pharaoh's cup, and placed the cup in Pharaoh's hand."

ERVEN : I was holding Pharaoh's cup, so I took the grapes and squeezed the juice into the cup. Then I gave the cup to Pharaoh."

BNV : তখন য়োষেফ বললেন, “সেই স্বপ্নের অর্থ আমি তোমায় বলছি| তিনটি শাখার অর্থ তিন দিন|
KJV : And Joseph said unto him, This [is] the interpretation of it: The three branches [are] three days:
YLT : And Joseph saith to him, `This [is] its interpretation: the three branches are three days;
RV : And Joseph said unto him, This is the interpretation of it: the three branches are three days;
RSV : Then Joseph said to him, "This is its interpretation: the three branches are three days;

ERVEN : Then Joseph said, "I will explain the dream to you. The three branches mean three days.

BNV : তিন দিন শেষ হবার আগেই ফরৌণ তোমায় ক্ষমা করে আবার তোমাক কাজে বহাল করবেন| তুমি ফরৌণের জন্য আগে য়ে কাজ করতে তাই-ই করবে|
KJV : Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine head, and restore thee unto thy place: and thou shalt deliver Pharaoh’s cup into his hand, after the former manner when thou wast his butler.
YLT : yet, within three days doth Pharaoh lift up thy head, and hath put thee back on thy station, and thou hast given the cup of Pharaoh into his hand, according to the former custom when thou wast his butler.
RV : within yet three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine head, and restore thee unto thine office: and thou shalt give Pharaoh-s cup into his hand, after the former manner when thou wast his butler.
RSV : within three days Pharaoh will lift up your head and restore you to your office; and you shall place Pharaoh's cup in his hand as formerly, when you were his butler.
ASV : within yet three days shall Pharaoh lift up thy head, and restore thee unto thine office: and thou shalt give Pharaohs cup into his hand, after the former manner when thou wast his butler.
ESV : In three days Pharaoh will lift up your head and restore you to your office, and you shall place Pharaoh's cup in his hand as formerly, when you were his cupbearer.
ERVEN : Before the end of three days, Pharaoh will forgive you and allow you to go back to your work. You will do the same work for Pharaoh as you did before.

BNV : কিন্তু তুমি ছাড়া পেলে আমায় স্মরণ কর| আমার প্রতি দয়া কর| ফরৌণকে আমার সম্বন্ধে বল যাতে আমি কারাগার থেকে বেরিয়ে আসতে পারি|
KJV : But think on me when it shall be well with thee, and shew kindness, I pray thee, unto me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house:
YLT : `Surely if thou hast remembered me with thee, when it is well with thee, and hast done (I pray thee) kindness with me, and hast made mention of me unto Pharaoh, then hast thou brought me out from this house,
RV : But have me in thy remembrance when it shall be well with thee, and shew kindness, I pray thee, unto me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house:
RSV : But remember me, when it is well with you, and do me the kindness, I pray you, to make mention of me to Pharaoh, and so get me out of this house.
ASV : But have me in thy remembrance when it shall be well with thee, and show kindness, I pray thee, unto me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house:
ESV : Only remember me, when it is well with you, and please do me the kindness to mention me to Pharaoh, and so get me out of this house.
ERVEN : But when you are free, remember me. Be good to me and help me. Tell Pharaoh about me so that I can get out of this prison.

BNV : আমাকে জোর করে আমার নিজের জায়গা, ইব্রীয়দের দেশ থেকে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়েছে| কারাগারে থাকার মত কোন অন্যায়ই আমি করি নি|”
KJV : For indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews: and here also have I done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon.
YLT : for I was really stolen from the land of the Hebrews; and here also have I done nothing that they have put me in the pit.`
RV : for indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews: and here also have I done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon.
RSV : For I was indeed stolen out of the land of the Hebrews; and here also I have done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon."

ERVEN : I was kidnapped and taken from the land of my people, the Hebrews. I have done nothing wrong! I should not be in prison."

BNV : রুটিওয়ালা দেখল অন্য ভৃত্যের স্বপ্নটা ভাল| তখন সে য়োষেফকে বলল, “আমিও একটা স্বপ্ন দেখেছি| দেখলাম আমার মাথায় রুটির তিনটে ঝুড়ি রয়েছে|
KJV : When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was good, he said unto Joseph, I also [was] in my dream, and, behold, [I had] three white baskets on my head:
YLT : And the chief of the bakers seeth that he hath interpreted good, and he saith unto Joseph, `I also [am] in a dream, and lo, three baskets of white bread [are] on my head,
RV : When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was good, he said unto Joseph, I also was in my dream, and, behold, three baskets of white bread were on my head:
RSV : When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was favorable, he said to Joseph, "I also had a dream: there were three cake baskets on my head,

ERVEN : The baker saw that the other servant's dream was good, so he said to Joseph, "I also had a dream. I dreamed there were three baskets of bread on my head.

BNV : উপরের ঝুড়িতে সব রকমের সেঁকা খাবার ছিল| সেই খাবার রাজার জন্য ছিল কিন্তু পাখীরা ঐ খাবার খেতে লাগল|”
KJV : And in the uppermost basket [there was] of all manner of bakemeats for Pharaoh; and the birds did eat them out of the basket upon my head.
YLT : and in the uppermost basket [are] of all [kinds] of Pharaoh`s food, work of a baker; and the birds are eating them out of the basket, from off my head.`
RV : and in the uppermost basket there was of all manner of bakemeats for Pharaoh; and the birds did eat them out of the basket upon my head.

BNV : য়োষেফ বললেন, “আমি তোমাকে স্বপ্নের অর্থ বলছি| তিনটে ঝুড়ির অর্থ তিন দিন|
KJV : And Joseph answered and said, This [is] the interpretation thereof: The three baskets [are] three days:
YLT : And Joseph answereth and saith, `This [is] its interpretation: the three baskets are three days;
RV : And Joseph answered and said, This is the interpretation thereof: the three baskets are three days;
RSV : And Joseph answered, "This is its interpretation: the three baskets are three days;
ASV : And Joseph answered and said, This is the interpretation thereof: the three baskets are three days;
ESV : And Joseph answered and said, "This is its interpretation: the three baskets are three days.
ERVEN : Joseph answered, "I will tell you what the dream means. The three baskets mean three days.

BNV : তিন দিনের মধ্যে রাজা তোমাকে কারাগার থেকে মুক্তি দেবেন| তিনি তোমার শিরশ্ছেদ করে একটা বাঁশের মাথায় ঝুলিয়ে দেবেন| আর পাখীরা তোমার দেহের মাংস খাবে|”
KJV : Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thy head from off thee, and shall hang thee on a tree; and the birds shall eat thy flesh from off thee.
YLT : yet, within three days doth Pharaoh lift up thy head from off thee, and hath hanged thee on a tree, and the birds have eaten thy flesh from off thee.`
RV : within yet three days shall Pharaoh lift up thy head from off thee, and shall hang thee on a tree; and the birds shall eat thy flesh from off thee.

BNV : তৃতীয় দিনটা ছিল ফরৌণের জন্ম দিন| ফরৌণ তাঁর সব দাসদের জন্য ভোজের আযোজন করলেন| সেই সময়ে ফরৌণ রুটিওয়ালা ও দ্রাক্ষারস পরিবেশককে কারাগার থেকে মুক্তি দিলেন|
KJV : And it came to pass the third day, [which was] Pharaoh’s birthday, that he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up the head of the chief butler and of the chief baker among his servants.
YLT : And it cometh to pass, on the third day, Pharaoh`s birthday, that he maketh a banquet to all his servants, and lifteth up the head of the chief of the butlers, and the head of the chief of the bakers among his servants,
RV : And it came to pass the third day, which was Pharaoh-s birthday, that he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up the head of the chief butler and the head of the chief baker among his servants.
RSV : On the third day, which was Pharaoh's birthday, he made a feast for all his servants, and lifted up the head of the chief butler and the head of the chief baker among his servants.
ASV : And it came to pass the third day, which was Pharaohs birthday, that he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up the head of the chief butler and the head of the chief baker among his servants.
ESV : On the third day, which was Pharaoh's birthday, he made a feast for all his servants and lifted up the head of the chief cupbearer and the head of the chief baker among his servants.
ERVEN : Three days later it was Pharaoh's birthday. He gave a party for all his servants. At the party Pharaoh allowed the wine server and the baker to leave the prison.

BNV : ফরৌণ পানপাত্র বাহককে মুক্তি দিয়ে পুনরায় তাকে তার কাজে নিয়েগ করলেন| আর সেই পানপাত্র বাহক আবার ফরৌণের হাতে পানপাত্র দিতে লাগল|
KJV : And he restored the chief butler unto his butlership again; and he gave the cup into Pharaoh’s hand:
YLT : and he putteth back the chief of the butlers to his butlership, and he giveth the cup into the hand of Pharaoh;
RV : And he restored the chief butler unto his butlership again; and he gave the cup into Pharaoh-s hand:
RSV : He restored the chief butler to his butlership, and he placed the cup in Pharaoh's hand;
ASV : And he restored the chief butler unto his butlership again; and he gave the cup into Pharaohs hand:
ESV : He restored the chief cupbearer to his position, and he placed the cup in Pharaoh's hand.
ERVEN : He freed the wine server and gave him his job back, and once again the wine server put a cup of wine in Pharaoh's hand.

BNV : কিন্তু ফরৌণ রুটিওয়ালাকে ফাঁসি দিলেন| য়োষেফ য়েমনটি বলেছিলেন সেরকম ভাবেই সব ঘটনা ঘটল|
KJV : But he hanged the chief baker: as Joseph had interpreted to them.
YLT : and the chief of the bakers he hath hanged, as Joseph hath interpreted to them;
RV : but he hanged the chief baker: as Joseph had interpreted to them.
RSV : but he hanged the chief baker, as Joseph had interpreted to them.
ASV : but he hanged the chief baker: as Joseph had interpreted to them.
ESV : But he hanged the chief baker, as Joseph had interpreted to them.
ERVEN : But Pharaoh hanged the baker, and everything happened the way Joseph said it would.

BNV : কিন্তু সেই পানপাত্র বাহকদের য়োষেফকে সাহায্য করার কথা মনে রইল না| সে য়োষেফের বিষয ফরৌণকে কিছুই বলল না, য়োষেফের কথা ভুলে গেল|
KJV : Yet did not the chief butler remember Joseph, but forgat him.
YLT : and the chief of the butlers hath not remembered Joseph, but forgetteth him.
RV : Yet did not the chief butler remember Joseph, but forgat him.
RSV : Yet the chief butler did not remember Joseph, but forgot him.
