BNV : “প্রতি সাত বছরের শেষে তোমরা অবশ্যই ঋণ ক্ষমা করবে|
KJV : At the end of [every] seven years thou shalt make a release.
YLT : `At the end of seven years thou dost make a release,
RV : At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.
RSV : "At the end of every seven years you shall grant a release.
ASV : At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.
ESV : "At the end of every seven years you shall grant a release.
ERVEN : "At the end of every seven years, you must cancel debts.

BNV : তোমরা এই প্রকারে তা করবে: কোন লোক য়ে অপর ইস্রায়েলীয়কে টাকা ধার দিয়েছে, সে অবশ্যই সেই ঋণ ক্ষমা করবে| সে তার প্রতিবেশীকে ঋণ শোধ করতে বাধ্য করবে না, কারণ ঈশ্বরের সম্মানার্থে সেই বছরে দেনা বাতিল করার বছর হিসাবে ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে|
KJV : And this [is] the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth [ought] unto his neighbour shall release [it;] he shall not exact [it] of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD’S release.
YLT : and this [is] the matter of the release: Every owner of a loan [is] to release his hand which he doth lift up against his neighbour, he doth not exact of his neighbour and of his brother, but hath proclaimed a release to Jehovah;
RV : And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release that which he hath lent unto his neighbour; he shall not exact it of his neighbour and his brother; because the LORD-S release hath been proclaimed.
RSV : And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release what he has lent to his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor, his brother, because the LORD's release has been proclaimed.
ASV : And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release that which he hath lent unto his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor and his brother; because Jehovahs release hath been proclaimed.
ESV : And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release what he has lent to his neighbor. He shall not exact it of his neighbor, his brother, because the LORD'S release has been proclaimed.
ERVEN : This is the way you must do this: Everyone who has lent money to another Israelite must cancel the debt. He should not ask a fellow Israelite to repay the debt, because the Lord said to cancel debts during that year.

BNV : তোমরা কোন বিদেশীর কাছ থেকে ঋণ আদায করতে পার| কিন্তু আরেকজন ইস্রায়েলীর তোমার কাছে য়ে দেনা আছে সেটা তোমরা অবশ্যই বাতিল করবে|
KJV : Of a foreigner thou mayest exact [it again:] but [that] which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;
YLT : of the stranger thou mayest exact, and that which is thine with thy brother doth thy hand release;
RV : Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it: but whatsoever of thine is with thy brother thine hand shall release.
RSV : Of a foreigner you may exact it; but whatever of yours is with your brother your hand shall release.
ASV : Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it: but whatsoever of thine is with thy brother thy hand shall release.
ESV : Of a foreigner you may exact it, but whatever of yours is with your brother your hand shall release.
ERVEN : You may require a foreigner to repay you, but you must cancel any debt another Israelite owes you.

BNV : তোমাদের দেশে কোনো গরীব লোক থাকা উচিত্‌ নয়, কারণ প্রভু তোমাদের য়ে দেশ দিয়েছেন সেই দেশে তোমাদের মহত্‌ভাবে আশীর্বাদ করবেন|
KJV : Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance to possess it:
YLT : only when there is no needy one with thee, for Jehovah doth greatly bless thee in the land which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee -- an inheritance to possess it.
RV : Howbeit there shall be no poor with thee; (for the LORD will surely bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it;)
RSV : But there will be no poor among you (for the LORD will bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance to possess),
ASV : Howbeit there shall be no poor with thee; (for Jehovah will surely bless thee in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it;)
ESV : But there will be no poor among you; for the LORD will bless you in the land that the LORD your God is giving you for an inheritance to possess-
ERVEN : There should not be any poor people in your country, because the Lord your God is giving you this land. And the Lord will greatly bless you.

BNV : কিন্তু এটা একমাত্র তখনই সম্ভব যদি তোমরা প্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বরকে মেনে চলো| আমি আজ তোমাদের য়েগুলো বললাম সেই আজ্ঞাগুলো মেনে চলার ব্যাপারে তোমরা অবশ্যই সতর্ক থাকবে|
KJV : Only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command thee this day.
YLT : `Only, if thou dost diligently hearken to the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all this command which I am commanding thee to-day,
RV : if only thou diligently hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all this commandment which I command thee this day.
RSV : if only you will obey the voice of the LORD your God, being careful to do all this commandment which I command you this day.
ASV : if only thou diligently hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all this commandment which I command thee this day.
ESV : if only you will strictly obey the voice of the LORD your God, being careful to do all this commandment that I command you today.
ERVEN : But this will happen only if you obey the Lord your God. You must be careful to obey every command that I have told you today.

BNV : তাহলে তিনি য়েরকম প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলেন সেই মতো তোমাদের আশীর্বাদ করবেন| তখন তোমরা অন্যান্য জাতিকে ঋণ দেবে| কিন্তু অন্যদের কাছ থেকে ঋণ নেওয়ার প্রযোজন তোমাদের হবে না| তোমরা বহু জাতিকে শাসন করতে পারবে, কিন্তু ঐ সমস্ত জাতির কেউই তোমাদের শাসন করবে না|
KJV : For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations,but they shall not reign over thee.
YLT : for Jehovah thy God hath blessed thee as He hath spoken to thee; and thou hast lent [to] many nations, and thou hast not borrowed; and thou hast ruled over many nations, and over thee they do not rule.

ERVEN : Then the Lord your God will bless you, as he promised. And you will have enough money to make loans to many nations. But you will not need to borrow from anyone. You will rule over many nations. But none of these nations will rule over you.

BNV : “প্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বর তোমাদের য়ে দেশ দিয়েছেন, সেখানকার কোন শহরে তোমার কেউ যদি দরিদ্র হয় তবে তুমি অবশ্যই স্বার্থপর হবে না, সেই দরিদ্র ব্যক্তিকে সাহায্য করবে, তাকে অবশ্যই সাহায্য করতে অস্বীকার করবে না|
KJV : If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
YLT : `When there is with thee any needy one of one of thy brethren, in one of thy cities, in thy land which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee, thou dost not harden thy heart, nor shut thy hand from thy needy brother;
RV : If there be with thee a poor man, one of thy brethren, within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
RSV : "If there is among you a poor man, one of your brethren, in any of your towns within your land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not harden your heart or shut your hand against your poor brother,
ASV : If there be with thee a poor man, one of thy brethren, within any of thy gates in thy land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thy heart, nor shut thy hand from thy poor brother;
ESV : "If among you, one of your brothers should become poor, in any of your towns within your land that the LORD your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart or shut your hand against your poor brother,
ERVEN : "When you are living in the land the Lord your God is giving you, there might be some poor people living among you. You must not be selfish. You must not refuse to give help to them.

BNV : তার সাথে উদারভাবে ভাগ করে নিতে তোমরা অবশ্যই রাজি হবে এবং সেই লোকটির যা কিছু প্রযোজন সব কিছু তোমরা তাকে ধার দেবে|
KJV : But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, [in that] which he wanteth.
YLT : for thou dost certainly open thy hand to him, and dost certainly lend him sufficient for his lack which he lacketh.
RV : but thou shalt surely open thine hand unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need {cf15i in that} which he wanteth.
RSV : but you shall open your hand to him, and lend him sufficient for his need, whatever it may be.
ASV : but thou shalt surely open thy hand unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need in that which he wanteth.
ESV : but you shall open your hand to him and lend him sufficient for his need, whatever it may be.
ERVEN : You must be willing to share with them. You must lend them whatever they need.

BNV : “সপ্তম বছর, দেনা বাতিল করার বছর এগিয়ে এসেছে বলে, শুধু মাত্র এই কারণেই কাউকে সাহায্য করতে অস্বীকার কোরো না| এই ধরণের কোন খারাপ চিন্তা তোমাদের মনে প্রবেশ করতে দিও না| য়ে ব্যক্তির সাহায্যের প্রযোজন, তার সম্বন্ধে তোমরা অবশ্যই কোনো খারাপ মনোভাব পোষণ করবে না| তোমরা অবশ্যই তাকে সাহায্য করতে অস্বীকার করবে না| তোমরা যদি সেই গরীব লোকটিকে সাহায্য না করো, তাহলে সে প্রভুর কাছে তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ করবে এবং প্রভু তোমাদের এই পাপের জন্য অভিযুক্ত করবেন|
KJV : Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee.
YLT : `Take heed to thee lest there be a word in thy heart -- worthless, saying, Near [is] the seventh year, the year of release; and thine eye is evil against thy needy brother, and thou dost not give to him, and he hath called concerning thee unto Jehovah, and it hath been in thee sin;
RV : Beware that there be not a base thought in thine heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou give him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee.
RSV : Take heed lest there be a base thought in your heart, and you say, `The seventh year, the year of release is near,' and your eye be hostile to your poor brother, and you give him nothing, and he cry to the LORD against you, and it be sin in you.
ASV : Beware that there be not a base thought in thy heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou give him nought; and he cry unto Jehovah against thee, and it be sin unto thee.
ESV : Take care lest there be an unworthy thought in your heart and you say, 'The seventh year, the year of release is near,' and your eye look grudgingly on your poor brother, and you give him nothing, and he cry to the LORD against you, and you be guilty of sin.
ERVEN : "Don't ever refuse to help someone simply because the seventh year, the year for canceling debts, is near. Don't let an evil thought like that enter your mind. You must never have bad thoughts about someone who needs help. You must not refuse to help them. If you don't help the poor, they might complain to the Lord, and he would consider that a sin.

BNV : “তোমরা তোমাদের যথাসাধ্য সেই গরীব লোকটিকে দেবে| তাকে দেওয়ার সময় মনে কোনো কুচিন্তা রেখো না| কেন? কারণ এই ভালো কাজ করার জন্য প্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বর তোমাদের আশীর্বাদ করবেন| তোমাদের সমস্ত কাজে এবং তোমরা যা করো তার প্রত্যেকটিতে তিনি তোমাদের আশীর্বাদ করবেন|
KJV : Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.
YLT : thou dost certainly give to him, and thy heart is not sad in thy giving to him, for because of this thing doth Jehovah thy God bless thee in all thy works, and in every putting forth of thy hand;
RV : Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy work, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.
RSV : You shall give to him freely, and your heart shall not be grudging when you give to him; because for this the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you undertake.

ERVEN : "So be sure to give to the poor. Don't hesitate to give to them, because the Lord your God will bless you for doing this good thing. He will bless you in all your work and in everything you do.

BNV : তোমাদের দেশে সবসময়ই গরীব লোক থাকবে; সেই কারণে আমি তোমাদের আদেশ করছি তোমরা অবশ্যই তোমাদের ভাইদের এবং তোমাদের দেশে য়ে দরিদ্র লোকদের সাহায্যের প্রযোজন তাদের মুক্ত হস্তে সাহায্য করবে|
KJV : For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
YLT : because the needy one doth not cease out of the land, therefore I am commanding thee, saying, Thou dost certainly open thy hand to thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy one, in thy land.
RV : For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt surely open thine hand unto thy brother, to thy needy, and to thy poor, in thy land.

ESV : For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, 'You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.'
ERVEN : There will always be poor people in the land. That is why I command you to be ready to help your brother or sister. Give to the poor in your land who need help.

BNV : “ক্রীতদাস হিসেবে তোমাদের সেবা করার জন্য যদি কোনো হিব্রু পুরুষ অথবা স্ত্রীলোক তোমাদের কাছে নিজেকে বিক্রি করে তবে তোমরা তাকে ছ’বছর পর্য়ন্ত ক্রীতদাস হিসেবে রাখতে পার; কিন্তু সপ্তম বছরে তোমরা অবশ্যই তাকে ছেড়ে দেবে|
KJV : [And] if thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.
YLT : `When thy brother is sold to thee, a Hebrew or a Hebrewess, and he hath served thee six years -- then in the seventh year thou dost send him away free from thee.
RV : If thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.
RSV : "If your brother, a Hebrew man, or a Hebrew woman, is sold to you, he shall serve you six years, and in the seventh year you shall let him go free from you.
ASV : If thy brother, a Hebrew man, or a Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.
ESV : "If your brother, a Hebrew man or a Hebrew woman, is sold to you, he shall serve you six years, and in the seventh year you shall let him go free from you.
ERVEN : "You might buy a Hebrew man or woman to serve you as a slave. You may keep that person as a slave for six years. But in the seventh year, you must let that person go free.

BNV : কিন্তু যখন তোমরা তোমাদের ক্রীতদাসকে স্বাধীন করছ, তখন তাকে খালি হাতে পাঠিও না|
KJV : And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:
YLT : And when thou dost send him away free from thee, thou dost not send him away empty;
RV : And when thou lettest him go free from thee, thou shalt not let him go empty:
RSV : And when you let him go free from you, you shall not let him go empty-handed;
ASV : And when thou lettest him go free from thee, thou shalt not let him go empty:
ESV : And when you let him go free from you, you shall not let him go empty-handed.
ERVEN : But when you let your slave go free, don't send him away with nothing.

BNV : তোমরা অবশ্যই সেই ব্যক্তিকে মুক্ত হস্তে তোমাদের পশু, দানাশস্য এবং দ্রাক্ষারস দেবে| প্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বর, তোমাদের য়েভাবে আশীর্বাদ করেছেন সেই ভাবেই তোমরা তোমাদের ক্রীতদাসকে দেবে|
KJV : Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy floor, and out of thy winepress: [of that] wherewith the LORD thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.
YLT : thou dost certainly encircle him out of thy flock, and out of thy threshing-floor, and out of thy wine-vat; [of] that which Jehovah thy God hath blessed thee thou dost give to him,
RV : thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy threshing-floor, and out of thy winepress: as the LORD thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.
RSV : you shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, out of your threshing floor, and out of your wine press; as the LORD your God has blessed you, you shall give to him.
ASV : thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy threshing-floor, and out of thy winepress; as Jehovah thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.
ESV : You shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, out of your threshing floor, and out of your winepress. As the LORD your God has blessed you, you shall give to him.
ERVEN : You must give him some of your animals, grain, and wine. The Lord your God blessed you and gave you plenty of good things. In the same way you must give plenty of good things to your slave.

BNV : মনে রাখবে, তোমরা মিশরে ক্রীতদাস ছিলে এবং প্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বর তোমাদের মুক্ত করেছিলেন| সেই কারণেই আমি আজ তোমাদের এই আদেশ দিচ্ছি|
KJV : And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.
YLT : and thou hast remembered that a servant thou hast been in the land of Egypt, and Jehovah thy God doth ransom thee; therefore I am commanding thee this thing to-day.
RV : And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing today.
RSV : You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you; therefore I command you this today.
ASV : And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and Jehovah thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to-day.
ESV : You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you; therefore I command you this today.
ERVEN : Remember, you were slaves in Egypt. And the Lord your God set you free. So that is why I am giving you this command today.

BNV : “কিন্তু সেই ক্রীতদাস যদি বলে, ‘আমি তোমাদের ছেড়ে যাবো না|’ সে তোমাকে এবং তোমাদের পরিবারকে ভালোবাসে এবং তোমাদের সঙ্গে সে ভালোভাবে আছে বলে এটা বলতে পারে|
KJV : And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee;
YLT : `And it hath been, when he saith unto thee, I go not out from thee -- because he hath loved thee, and thy house, because [it is] good for him with thee --
RV : And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go out from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee;
RSV : But if he says to you, `I will not go out from you,' because he loves you and your household, since he fares well with you,
ASV : And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go out from thee; because he loveth thee and thy house, because he is well with thee;
ESV : But if he says to you, 'I will not go out from you,' because he loves you and your household, since he is well-off with you,
ERVEN : "But one of your slaves might say to you, 'I will not leave you.' He might say this because he loves you and your family and because he has a good life with you.

BNV : এরকম হলে তোমরা সেই ক্রীতদাসকে তোমাদের দরজায কান রাখতে বলো এবং একটি ধারালো য়ন্ত্রের সাহায্যে তার কানে ফুটো করো| এর থেকেই বোঝা যাবে য়ে সে চিরকালের জন্য তোমাদেরই ক্রীতদাস| য়ে ক্রীতদাসী তোমাদের সঙ্গে থাকতে চায তার জন্যও এই ব্যবস্থা|
KJV : Then thou shalt take an aul, and thrust [it] through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise.
YLT : then thou hast taken the awl, and hast put [it] through his ear, and through the door, and he hath been to thee a servant age-during; and also to thy handmaid thou dost do so.
RV : then thou shalt take an awl, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise.
RSV : then you shall take an awl, and thrust it through his ear into the door, and he shall be your bondman for ever. And to your bondwoman you shall do likewise.
ASV : then thou shalt take an awl, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maid-servant thou shalt do likewise.
ESV : then you shall take an awl, and put it through his ear into the door, and he shall be your slave forever. And to your female slave you shall do the same.
ERVEN : Make this servant put his ear against your door and use a sharp tool to make a hole in his ear. This will show that he is your slave forever. You must do this even to the women slaves who want to stay with you.

BNV : “ক্রীতদাসদের মুক্ত করে দেওয়ার ব্যাপারে মন কঠিন কোরো না| মনে রাখবে, কোনো ভাড়া করা লোককে তোমাদের য়ে টাকা দিতে হত তার অর্ধেক টাকায সে ছ’বছর তোমাদের সেবা করেছে| আর তাহলে তোমাদের প্রত্যেক কাজে প্রভু ঈশ্বর তোমাদের আশীর্বাদ করবেন|
KJV : It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou sendest him away free from thee; for he hath been worth a double hired servant [to thee,] in serving thee six years: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest.
YLT : `It is not hard in thine eyes, in thy sending him away free from thee; for the double of the hire of an hireling he hath served thee six years, and Jehovah thy God hath blessed thee in all that thou dost.
RV : It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou lettest him go free from thee; for to the double of the hire of an hireling hath he served thee six years: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest.
RSV : It shall not seem hard to you, when you let him go free from you; for at half the cost of a hired servant he has served you six years. So the LORD your God will bless you in all that you do.
ASV : It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou lettest him go free from thee; for to the double of the hire of a hireling hath he served thee six years: and Jehovah thy God will bless thee in all that thou doest.
ESV : It shall not seem hard to you when you let him go free from you, for at half the cost of a hired servant he has served you six years. So the LORD your God will bless you in all that you do.
