ಆದರೆ ಆ ಅಪರಾಧವು ಇದ್ದಂತೆ ಉಚಿತವಾದ ದಾನವು ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಹೇಗಂದರೆ ಆ ಒಬ್ಬನ ಅಪ ರಾಧದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಸತ್ತವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಯೂ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೆಂಬ ಈ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಕೃಪೆಯಿಂದಾದ ದಾನವೂ ಅನೇಕರಿಗೆ ಹೇರಳವಾಗಿ ದೊರೆಯುವದು ಮತ್ತೂ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಲ್ಲವೇ.

But not as the offence, so also [is] the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, [which is] by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
