ਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਬਾਹਲੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਨਵਾਨ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਘਲਿਆਰ ਚਿਰ ਤਾਈਂ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
