ਤਦ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਦੂਤ ਗਿਲਗਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬੋਕੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆਇਆਂ ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹਦੇ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਿਉ ਦਾਦਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੌਂਹ ਖਾਧੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੈ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਨੇਮ ਕਦੀ ਨਾ ਭੰਨਾਂਗਾ

The Angel of the Lord went up to the city of Bokim from the city of Gilgal. The angel spoke a message from the Lord to the Israelites. This was the message: "I brought you out of Egypt and led you to the land that I promised to give to your ancestors. I told you I would never break my agreement with you.
