ମାୟୋବର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଘରୁ ଜାରେ କରି ତଡ଼ି ଦିଆ ୟାଇଛି। ତେଣୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦେଶ ରେ ବାସ କରିବାକୁ ଦିଅ। ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଶତ୍ରୁଠାରୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଲୁଚାଇ ରଖ। କାରଣ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନ ବନ୍ଦ ହବେ। ଶତ୍ରୁ ପରାଜିତ ହବେେ। ଆଘାତ କାରୀମାନେ ଦେଶରୁ ବିଦାଯ ନବେେ।

Let mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.
