ସହେି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥାକାରୀଗଣ ଦରିଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାର କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଦରିଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିକାରକୁ ଛିନ୍ନ କରନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ବିଧବା ଓ ଅନାଥର ଧନ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନ କରିବାକୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତାନ୍ତି।
