BNV : লোকরা তাদের সমস্যা সম্পর্কে অভিয়োগ করা শুরু করলে প্রভু তাদের অভিয়োগ শুনলেন এবং ক্ষুদ্ধ হলেন| প্রভুর কাছ থেকে আগুন এসে লোকদের মধ্যে জ্বলে উঠল| আগুন শিবিরের বাইরের দিকে কিছু কিছু এলাকা গ্রাস করল|
KJV : And [when] the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard [it;] and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed [them that were] in the uttermost parts of the camp.
YLT : And the people is evil, as those sighing habitually in the ears of Jehovah, and Jehovah heareth, and His anger burneth, and the fire of Jehovah burneth among them, and consumeth in the extremity of the camp.
RV : And the people were as murmurers, {cf15i speaking} evil in the ears of the LORD: and when the LORD heard it, his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and devoured in the uttermost part of the camp.

ERVEN : The people started complaining about their troubles. The Lord heard their complaints. He heard these things and became angry. Fire from the Lord burned among the people. The fire burned some of the areas at the edge of the camp.

BNV : তখন লোকরা মোশির কাছে সাহায্যের জন্য ক্রন্দন করল| মোশি প্রভুর কাছে প্রার্থনা করল এবং আগুন নিভে গেল|
KJV : And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.
YLT : And the people cry unto Moses, and Moses prayeth unto Jehovah, and the fire is quenched;
RV : And the people cried unto Moses; and Moses prayed unto the LORD, and the fire abated.

BNV : সুতরাং তারা ঐ জায়গাটির নাম রাখল তবেরা, কারণ প্রভুর আগুন তাদের শিবিরের মধ্যে জ্বলে উঠেছিল|
KJV : And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.

KJV : And the mixt multitude that [was] among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?
YLT : And the rabble who [are] in its midst have lusted greatly, and the sons of Israel also turn back and weep, and say, `Who doth give us flesh?

ERVEN : The foreigners who had joined the Israelites began wanting other things to eat. Soon all the Israelites began complaining again. The people said, "We want to eat meat!

BNV : আমরা মিশরে যে মাছ খেতাম তা মনে পড়ছে| আমাদের ঐ মাছের জন্য কোনো দামই দিতে হত না| এছাড়াও আমাদের খুব ভালো শাকসব্জি ছিল যেমন শশা, ফুটি, পেঁযাজ জাতীয ফল, পেঁযাজ এবং রসুন|
KJV : We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick:
YLT : We have remembered the fish which we do eat in Egypt for nought, the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick;

BNV : কিন্তু এখন আমরা আমাদের শক্তি হারিযে ফেলেছি| এই মান্না ছাড়া আর কোন কিছুই আমরা চোখে দেখতে পাই না|”
KJV : But now our soul [is] dried away: [there is] nothing at all, beside this manna, [before] our eyes.
YLT : and now our soul [is] dry, there is not anything, save the manna, before our eyes.`

BNV : লোকরা এই মান্না এক জায়গায় জড়ো করত| এরপর তারা পাথরের সাহায্যে সেগুলোকে গুঁড়ো করে পাত্রে সেটি রান্না করত| অথবা এটিকে পেষণ য়ন্ত্রে মিহি করে গুঁড়ো করে তা দিয়ে পিঠে তৈরী করত| পিঠেগুলোর স্বাদ ছিল অলিভ তেল দিয়ে তৈরী করা পিঠের মতো|
KJV : [And] the people went about, and gathered [it,] and ground [it] in mills, or beat [it] in a mortar, and baked [it] in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.
YLT : the people have turned aside and gathered [it], and ground [it] with millstones, or beat [it] in a mortar, and boiled [it] in a pan, and made it cakes, and its taste hath been as the taste of the moisture of oil.

ERVEN : The people gathered the manna. Then they used rocks to crush it and cooked it in a pot. Or they ground it into flour and made thin cakes with it. The cakes tasted like sweet cakes cooked with olive oil.

ERVEN : Moses heard the people complaining. People from every family were sitting by their tents and complaining. The Lord became very angry, and this made Moses very upset.

BNV : মোশি প্রভুকে জিজ্ঞেস করল, “প্রভু, আপনি কেন আমাকে এই সব সমস্যায় জড়িয়েছেন? আমি আপনার সেবক| আমি এমন কি করেছি যে আপনি অসন্তুষ্ট হয়েছেন? এই সমস্ত লোকের দায়িত্ব আপনি কেন আমার উপর দিয়েছেন?
KJV : And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?
YLT : And Moses saith unto Jehovah, `Why hast Thou done evil to Thy servant? and why have I not found grace in Thine eyes -- to put the burden of all this people upon me?

ASV : And Moses said unto Jehovah, Wherefore hast thou dealt ill with thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favor in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?
ESV : Moses said to the LORD, "Why have you dealt ill with your servant? And why have I not found favor in your sight, that you lay the burden of all this people on me?
ERVEN : He asked the Lord, "Why did you bring this trouble on me? I am your servant. What did I do wrong? What did I do to upset you? Why did you give me responsibility over all these people?

BNV : আমি কি লোকদের গর্ভে ধারণ করেছি, আমি কি এদের জন্ম দিয়েছি? কিন্তু আমাকে তাদের যত্ন নিতে হয়, ঠিক যেমন ভাবে একজন সেবিকা তার দুই বাহুর মধ্যে একটি শিশুকে যত্ন করে| আপনি কেন আমাকে এটি করার জন্য বাধ্য করেছেন? পূর্বপুরুষদের যে জায়গাা দেবার জন্য আপনি প্রতিশ্রুতি করেছিলেন তাদের সেম্প জায়গায় নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য কেন আপনি আমায় বাধ্য করেছেন?
KJV : Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?
YLT : I -- have I conceived all this people? I -- have I begotten it, that Thou sayest unto me, Carry it in thy bosom as the nursing father beareth the suckling, unto the ground which Thou hast sworn to its fathers?

ESV : Did I conceive all this people? Did I give them birth, that you should say to me, 'Carry them in your bosom, as a nurse carries a nursing child,' to the land that you swore to give their fathers?
ERVEN : You know that I am not the father of all these people. You know that I did not give birth to them. But I must take care of them, like a nurse carrying a baby in her arms. Why do you force me to do this? Why do you force me to carry them to the land that you promised to our fathers?

BNV : এই সব লোককে খাওয়াবার জন্যে আমি কোথায মাংস পাব? তারা সমানে আমার কাছে অভিয়োগ করে বলছে, ‘আমাদের খাবার জন্য মাংস দাও!’
KJV : Whence should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.

BNV : আপনি যদি মনস্থ করে থাকেন যে আমার প্রতি এই রকম ব্যবহার করবেন তাহলে আমাকে এখনই হত্যা করুন| আপনি যদি আপনার সেবক হিসেবে আমাকে গ্রহণ করে থাকেন তাহলে আমাকে এখনই মরতে দিন|”
KJV : And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.
YLT : and if thus Thou art doing to me -- slay me, I pray Thee; slay, if I have found grace in thine eyes, and let me not look on mine affliction.`

BNV : প্রভু মোশিকে বললেন, “ইস্রায়েলের প্রাচীনদের মধ্য থেকে 70 জনকে আমার কাছে নিয়ে এসো| যাদের তুমি এই লোকদের নেতা বলে জান তাদের সমাগম তাঁবুতে নিয়ে এসো| ওখানেই ওদের তোমার সঙ্গে দাঁড়াতে দাও|
KJV : And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.
YLT : And Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou hast known that they are elders of the people, and its authorities; and thou hast taken them unto the tent of meeting, and they have stationed themselves there with thee,
RV : And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tent of meeting, that they may stand there with thee.
RSV : And the LORD said to Moses, "Gather for me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; and bring them to the tent of meeting, and let them take their stand there with you.

ESV : Then the LORD said to Moses, "Gather for me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them, and bring them to the tent of meeting, and let them take their stand there with you.
ERVEN : The Lord said to Moses, "Bring to me 70 of the elders of Israel. These men are the leaders among the people. Bring them to the Meeting Tent. Let them stand there with you.

BNV : তখন আমি নীচে নেমে আসব এবং ওখানেই তোমার সঙ্গে কথা বলবো| তোমার ওপরে যে আত্মা আছে তার কিছুটা অংশ আমি তাদেরও দেবো| তখন তারা লোকদের দেখাশুনো করার জন্য তোমাকে সাহায্য করবে| তাহলে তোমাকে একা এই সব লোকদের দেখাশুনো করার ভার বহন করতে হবে না|
KJV : And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which [is] upon thee, and will put [it] upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.
YLT : and I have come down and spoken with thee there, and have kept back of the Spirit which [is] upon thee, and have put on them, and they have borne with thee some of the burden of the people, and thou dost not bear [it] thyself alone.
RV : And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

ESV : And I will come down and talk with you there. And I will take some of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them, and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, so that you may not bear it yourself alone.
ERVEN : Then I will come down and speak with you there. The Spirit is on you now. But I will also give some of that Spirit to them. Then they will help you take care of the people. In this way you will not have to be responsible for these people alone.

BNV : “লোকদের বলো: তোমরা আগামীকালের জন্য নিজেদের তৈরী করো| আগামীকাল তোমরা মাংস খাবে| প্রভু তোমাদের কান্না শুনেছেন| প্রভু তোমাদের কথা শুনেছেন, কারণ তোমরা কেঁদে বলেছ, ‘খাওয়ার জন্য আমাদের কে মাংস দেবে? আমাদের জন্য মিশরই ভালো ছিল|’ সুতরাং এখন প্রভু তোমাদের মাংস দেবেন এবং তোমরা তা খাবে|
KJV : And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for [it was] well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat.
YLT : `And unto the people thou dost say, Sanctify yourselves for to-morrow, and ye have eaten flesh (for ye have wept in the ears of Jehovah, saying, Who doth give us flesh? for we [had] good in Egypt) -- and Jehovah hath given to you flesh, and ye have eaten.

RSV : And say to the people, `Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, and you shall eat meat; for you have wept in the hearing of the LORD, saying, "Who will give us meat to eat? For it was well with us in Egypt." Therefore the LORD will give you meat, and you shall eat.

ESV : And say to the people, 'Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, and you shall eat meat, for you have wept in the hearing of the LORD, saying, "Who will give us meat to eat? For it was better for us in Egypt." Therefore the LORD will give you meat, and you shall eat.
ERVEN : "Tell the people this: Make yourselves ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow you will eat meat. The Lord heard you when you cried. The Lord heard your words when you said, 'We need meat to eat! It was better for us in Egypt!' So now the Lord will give you meat. And you will eat it.

BNV : একদিন অথবা দুইদিন অথবা পাঁচদিন অথবা দশদিন এমনকি কুড়িদিনেরও বেশী সময় ধরে তোমরা সেই মাংস খাবে|
KJV : Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;
