BNV : তখন প্রভু মোশিকে বললেন, “তুমি এবং তোমার লোকদের, যাদের তুমি মিশর থেকে এনেছিলে তাদের অবশ্যই এখান থেকে চলে য়েতে হবে| অব্রাহাম, ইস্হাক ও যাকোবকে আমি য়ে দেশ দেব বলে প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলাম সেই দেশে চলে যাও| আমি প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছিলাম য়ে আমি ওদের পরবর্তী উত্তরপুরুষদের ঐ দেশ দিয়ে যাব|
KJV : And the LORD said unto Moses, Depart, [and] go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
YLT : And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, `Go, ascend from this [place], thou and the people, whom thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I have sworn to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, To thy seed I give it,`
RV : And the LORD spake unto Moses, Depart, go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land of which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
RSV : The LORD said to Moses, "Depart, go up hence, you and the people whom you have brought up out of the land of Egypt, to the land of which I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, `To your descendants I will give it.'
ASV : And Jehovah spake unto Moses, Depart, go up hence, thou and the people that thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land of which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
ESV : The LORD said to Moses, "Depart; go up from here, you and the people whom you have brought up out of the land of Egypt, to the land of which I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, 'To your offspring I will give it.'
ERVEN : Then the Lord said to Moses, "You and the people you brought out of Egypt must leave this place. Go to the land that I promised to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I promised them that I would give that land to their descendants.

BNV : তাই আমি তোমার আগে একজন দূত পাঠাব এবং কনানীয, ইমোরীয়, হিত্তীয়, পরিষীয়, হিব্বীয় ও যিবূষীয়দের পরাজিত করে ঐ দেশ থেকে তাড়িয়ে দেব|
KJV : And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:
YLT : (and I have sent before thee a messenger, and have cast out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite,)

ESV : I will send an angel before you, and I will drive out the Canaanites, the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.
ERVEN : So I will send an angel to go before you, and I will defeat the Canaanites, Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites. I will force them to leave your land.

BNV : তোমরা সেই ভাল দেশে যাও সেখানে সব কিছু সুন্দর| কিন্তু আমি তোমার সঙ্গে যাব না| তোমরা ভীষণ একগুঁযে ও জেদী| তোমরা আমাকে ক্রুদ্ধ করেছ| যদি আমি তোমাদের সঙ্গে যাই তাহলে হয়তো আমি তোমাদের ধ্বংস করতে পারি|”
KJV : Unto a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in the midst of thee; for thou [art] a stiffnecked people: lest I consume thee in the way.
YLT : unto a land flowing with milk and honey, for I do not go up in thy midst, for thou [art] a stiff-necked people -- lest I consume thee in the way.`

ERVEN : So go to the land filled with many good things, but I will not go with you. You people are very stubborn. If I go with you, I might destroy you along the way."

BNV : এই দুঃসংবাদ শোনার পর লোকরা ভীষন হতাশ হয়ে পড়ল এবং তারা মণিমাণিক্য ব্যবহার করা বন্ধ করে দিল|
KJV : And when the people heard these evil tidings, they mourned: and no man did put on him his ornaments.
YLT : And the people hear this sad thing, and mourn; and none put his ornaments on him.

ERVEN : The people heard this bad news and became very sad, so they stopped wearing jewelry.

BNV : কেন? কারণ মোশিকে প্রভু বলেছেন, “ইস্রায়েলবাসীকে বলো, “তোমরা একগুঁয়ে জেদী প্রকৃতির মানুষ| খুব কম সমযের জন্যও আমি যদি তোমাদের সঙ্গে ভ্রমণ করি তাহলে তোমাদের বিনাশ হতে পারে| সুতরাং যখন আমি স্থির করব ইস্রায়েলকে কি করতে হবে তখন তোমরা নিজেদের দেহ থেকে অলঙ্কারাদি খুলে ফেল|”
KJV : For the LORD had said unto Moses, Say unto the children of Israel, Ye [are] a stiffnecked people: I will come up into the midst of thee in a moment, and consume thee: therefore now put off thy ornaments from thee, that I may know what to do unto thee.
YLT : And Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Say unto the sons of Israel, Ye [are] a stiff-necked people; one moment -- I come up into thy midst, and have consumed thee; and now, put down thine ornaments from off thee, and I know what I do to thee;`

ESV : For the LORD had said to Moses, "Say to the people of Israel, 'You are a stiff-necked people; if for a single moment I should go up among you, I would consume you. So now take off your ornaments, that I may know what to do with you.'"
ERVEN : This was because the Lord said to Moses, "Tell the Israelites, 'You are a stubborn people. I might destroy you even if I travel with you only a short time. So take off all your jewelry while I decide what to do with you.'"

BNV : মোশি শিবিরের একটু দূরে অন্য একটি তাঁবু স্থাপন করল| মোশি এই তাঁবুর নাম দিল “সমাগম তাঁবু|” প্রভুকে কেউ যদি কিছু জিজ্ঞাসা করতে চায তাহলে সে শিবিরের বাইরে ঐ সমাগম তাঁবুতে য়েতে পারে|
KJV : And Moses took the tabernacle, and pitched it without the camp, afar off from the camp, and called it the Tabernacle of the congregation. And it came to pass, [that] every one which sought the LORD went out unto the tabernacle of the congregation, which [was] without the camp.
YLT : And Moses taketh the tent, and hath stretched it out at the outside of the camp, afar off from the camp, and hath called it, `Tent of Meeting;` and it hath come to pass, every one seeking Jehovah goeth out unto the tent of meeting, which [is] at the outside of the camp.

ESV : Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, far off from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And everyone who sought the LORD would go out to the tent of meeting, which was outside the camp.
ERVEN : Moses used to take a tent a short way outside the camp. He called it "the meeting tent. " Anyone who wanted to ask something from the Lord would go to the meeting tent outside the camp.

BNV : যখন খুশি মোশি ঐ সমাগম তাঁবুতে য়েত| সবাই তাকে লক্ষ্য করত| সকলে নিজস্ব তাঁবুর দরজায় দাঁড়িয়ে মোশির সমাগম তাঁবুর অভ্যন্তরে যাওয়া দেখতো|
KJV : And it came to pass, when Moses went out unto the tabernacle, [that] all the people rose up, and stood every man [at] his tent door, and looked after Moses, until he was gone into the tabernacle.
YLT : And it hath come to pass, at the going out of Moses unto the tent, all the people rise, and have stood, each at the opening of his tent, and have looked expectingly after Moses, until his going into the tent.
RV : And it came to pass, when Moses went out unto the Tent, that all the people rose up, and stood, every man at his tent door, and looked after Moses, until he was gone into the Tent.

ERVEN : Any time Moses went out to the tent, all the people watched him. They stood at the entrance of their tents and watched Moses until he entered the meeting tent.

BNV : মোশি যখনই ঐ সমাগম তাঁবুতে প্রবেশ করতো তখনই তাঁবুর দরজায় মেঘস্তম্ভ নেমে আসত এবং প্রভু তখন মোশির সঙ্গে কথা বলতেন|
KJV : And it came to pass, as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended, and stood [at] the door of the tabernacle, and [the] LORD talked with Moses.
YLT : And it hath come to pass, at the going in of Moses to the tent, the pillar of the cloud cometh down, and hath stood at the opening of the tent, and He hath spoken with Moses;
RV : And it came to pass, when Moses entered into the Tent, the pillar of cloud descended, and stood at the door of the Tent: and {cf15i the LORD} spake with Moses.

ERVEN : Whenever Moses went into the tent, the tall cloud would come down and stay at the entrance to the tent. And the Lord would speak with Moses.

BNV : লোকরা সমাগম তাঁবুর দরজায় মেঘস্তম্ভ দেখতে পেলেই তারা নিজের নিজের তাঁবুর মধ্যে হাঁটু গেড়ে ঈশ্বরের উপাসনা করতো|
KJV : And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand [at] the tabernacle door: and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man [in] his tent door.
YLT : and all the people have seen the pillar of the cloud standing at the opening of the tent, and all the people have risen and bowed themselves, each at the opening of his tent.

BNV : এভাবেই প্রভু মোশির সঙ্গে মুখোমুখি কথা বলত| প্রভু বন্ধুর মতো মোশির সঙ্গে কথা বলতেন| প্রভুর সঙ্গে কথা শেষ করার পর মোশি শিবিরে ফিরে য়েত কিন্তু মোশির পরিচারক (দাস), নূনের পুত্র যিহোশূয় তাঁবুর বাইরে বেরোত না|
KJV : And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.
YLT : And Jehovah hath spoken unto Moses face unto face, as a man speaketh unto his friend; and he hath turned back unto the camp, and his minister Joshua, son of Nun, a youth, departeth not out of the tent.
RV : And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his minister Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the Tent.
RSV : Thus the LORD used to speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses turned again into the camp, his servant Joshua the son of Nun, a young man, did not depart from the tent.

ESV : Thus the LORD used to speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses turned again into the camp, his assistant Joshua the son of Nun, a young man, would not depart from the tent.
ERVEN : In this way the Lord spoke to Moses face to face like a man speaks with his friend. Then Moses would go back to the camp, but his helper, Joshua son of Nun, always stayed in the tent.

BNV : মোশি প্রভুকে বলল, “আপনি এই লোকদের নেতৃত্ব দিতে বলেছিলেন কিন্তু আমার সঙ্গে আপনি কাকে পাঠাবেন তা কিন্তু বলেন নি| আপনি বলেছেন, ‘আমি তোমাকে ভাল করে চিনি এবং তোমার ওপর আমি সন্তুষ্ট|’
KJV : And Moses said unto the LORD, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight.
YLT : And Moses saith unto Jehovah, `See, Thou art saying unto me, Bring up this people, and Thou hast not caused me to know whom Thou dost send with me; and Thou hast said, I have known thee by name, and also thou hast found grace in Mine eyes.
RV : And Moses said unto the LORD, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight.

ESV : Moses said to the LORD, "See, you say to me, 'Bring up this people,' but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. Yet you have said, 'I know you by name, and you have also found favor in my sight.'
ERVEN : Moses said to the Lord, "You told me to lead these people, but you did not say who you would send with me. You said to me, 'I know you very well, and I am pleased with you.'

BNV : আমি যদি সত্যিই আপনাকে সন্তুষ্ট করে থাকি তাহলে আমাকে আপনার শিক্ষা ও জ্ঞান দিন| আমি আপনাকে জানতে চাই| তাহলে আমি আপনাকে বরাবর সন্তুষ্ট করতে পারব| মনে রাখবেন য়ে তাদের সবাই আপনার লোক|”
KJV : Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation [is] thy people.
YLT : `And now, if, I pray Thee, I have found grace in Thine eyes, cause me to know, I pray Thee, Thy way, and I know Thee, so that I find grace in Thine eyes, and consider that this nation [is] Thy people;`
RV : Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy ways, that I may know thee, to the end that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
RSV : Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found favor in thy sight, show me now thy ways, that I may know thee and find favor in thy sight. Consider too that this nation is thy people."
ASV : Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found favor in thy sight, show me now thy ways, that I may know thee, to the end that I may find favor in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
ESV : Now therefore, if I have found favor in your sight, please show me now your ways, that I may know you in order to find favor in your sight. Consider too that this nation is your people."
ERVEN : If I have really pleased you, then teach me your ways. I want to know you. Then I can continue to please you. Remember that these people are your nation."

BNV : প্রভু উত্তরে বললেন, “আমি নিজে তোমার সঙ্গে যাব, আমি তোমাকে বিশ্রাম দেব|”
KJV : And he said, My presence shall go [with thee,] and I will give thee rest.
YLT : and He saith, `My presence doth go, and I have given rest to thee.`
RV : And he said, My presence shall go {cf15i with thee}, and I will give thee rest.
RSV : And he said, "My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."
ASV : And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.
ESV : And he said, "My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."
ERVEN : The Lord answered, "I myself will go with you. I will lead you."

BNV : তখন মোশি প্রভুকে বললেন, “আপনি যদি আমাদের সঙ্গে না যান তাহলে আমাদের এই স্থান থেকে সরাবেন না|
KJV : And he said unto him, If thy presence go not [with me,] carry us not up hence.
YLT : And he saith unto Him, `If Thy presence is not going -- take us not up from this [place];
RV : And he said unto him, If thy presence go not {cf15i with me}, carry us not up hence.
RSV : And he said to him, "If thy presence will not go with me, do not carry us up from here.
ASV : And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.
ESV : And he said to him, "If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here.
ERVEN : Then Moses said to the him, "If you don't go with us, then don't make us leave this place.

BNV : তাছাড়া, আমরা কি করে বুঝব আপনি আমার এবং আপনার লোকদের ওপর সন্তুষ্ট? আপনি যদি আমাদের সঙ্গে যান তাহলে বুঝব আপনি আমাদের ওপর সন্তুষ্ট হয়েছেন| আপনি যদি আমাদের সঙ্গে না আসেন, তাহলে আমার এবং আপনার লোকদের মধ্যে এবং পৃথিবীর অন্য জাতির মধ্যে আর কোন পার্থক্য থাকবে না|”
KJV : For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? [is it] not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that [are] upon the face of the earth.
YLT : and in what is it known now, that I have found grace in Thine eyes -- I and Thy people -- is it not in Thy going with us? and we have been distinguished -- I and Thy people -- from all the people who [are] on the face of the ground.`
RV : For wherein now shall it be known that I have found grace in thy sight, I and thy people? is it not in that thou goest with us, so that we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth?
RSV : For how shall it be known that I have found favor in thy sight, I and thy people? Is it not in thy going with us, so that we are distinct, I and thy people, from all other people that are upon the face of the earth?"

ERVEN : Also, how will we know if you are pleased with me and these people? If you go with us, we will know for sure. If you don't go with us, these people and I will be no different from any other people on the earth."

BNV : তখন প্রভু মোশিকে বললেন, “বেশ আমি তোমার ইচ্ছা পূরণ করব| কারণ আমি তোমার ওপর সন্তুষ্ট এবং আমি তোমাকে ভাল করে জানি|”
KJV : And the LORD said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.
YLT : And Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Even this thing which thou hast spoken I do; for thou hast found grace in Mine eyes, and I know thee by name.`
RV : And the LORD said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.

ESV : And the LORD said to Moses, "This very thing that you have spoken I will do, for you have found favor in my sight, and I know you by name."
ERVEN : Then the Lord said to Moses, "I will do what you ask. I will do this because I am pleased with you and because I know you very well."

BNV : তখন মোশি বলল, “দযা করে আপনার মহিমা আমায় দেখান|”
KJV : And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.
YLT : And he saith, `Shew me, I pray Thee, Thine honour;`
RV : And he said, Shew me, I pray thee, thy glory.
RSV : Moses said, "I pray thee, show me thy glory."
ASV : And he said, Show me, I pray thee, thy glory.
ESV : Moses said, "Please show me your glory."
ERVEN : Then Moses said, "Now, please show me your Glory. "

BNV : তখন প্রভু উত্তর দিলেন, “আমি আমার সমস্ত গুণাবলীকে তোমার সামনে দিয়ে গমণ করাবো| আমিই প্রভু এবং তোমরা যাতে শুনতে পাও সেইজন্য আমি আমার নাম ঘোষণা করব| কারণ আমার যাকে খুশী আমি আমার করুণা ও ভালবাসা দেখাতে পারি|
KJV : And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.

RV : And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
RSV : And he said, "I will make all my goodness pass before you, and will proclaim before you my name `The LORD'; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.

ESV : And he said, "I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name 'The LORD.' And I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.
ERVEN : Then the Lord answered, "I will show my love and mercy to anyone I want to. So I will cause my perfect goodness to pass by in front of you, and I will speak my name, the Lord, so that you can hear it.
