BNV : রাজা অহশ্বেরশের সময় রাজত্বের সবাইকে, এমন কি যারা দূরে বা সমুদ্রতীরে বসবাস করতো সবাইকেই কর দিতে হতো|
KJV : And the king Ahasuerus laid a tribute upon the land, and [upon] the isles of the sea.
YLT : And the king Ahasuerus setteth a tribute on the land and the isles of the sea;
RV : And the king Ahasuerus laid a tribute upon the land, and upon the isles of the sea.
RSV : King Ahasuerus laid tribute on the land and on the coastlands of the sea.
ASV : And the king Ahasuerus laid a tribute upon the land, and upon the isles of the sea.
ESV : King Ahasuerus imposed tax on the land and on the coastlands of the sea.
ERVEN : King Xerxes made people pay taxes. All the people in the kingdom, even the faraway cities on the seacoast, had to pay taxes.

BNV : রাজা অহশ্বেরশের সমস্ত বিখ্যাত কীর্তিগুলি মাদিযা ও পারস্যের রাজাদের ইতিহাস বইগুলিতে পাওয়া যায়| রাজা মর্দখযের জন্য যা যা করেছিলেন সে সমস্ত ব্বিরণও এই সব ইতিহাস বইতে লেখা আছে| রাজা মর্দখয়কে এক জন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যক্তিতে পরিণত করেন|
KJV : And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, [are] they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?
YLT : and all the work of his strength, and his might, and the explanation of the greatness of Mordecai with which the king made him great, are they not written on the book of the Chronicles of Media and Persia?
RV : And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the full account of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?
RSV : And all the acts of his power and might, and the full account of the high honor of Mordecai, to which the king advanced him, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?
ASV : And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the full account of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?
ESV : And all the acts of his power and might, and the full account of the high honor of Mordecai, to which the king advanced him, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?
ERVEN : And all the great things Xerxes did are written in the Book of History of the Kings of Media and Persia. Also written in those history books are all the things Mordecai did. The king made Mordecai a great man.

BNV : মহারাজ অহশ্বেরশের পরেই গুরুত্বের দিক দিয়ে ছিল মর্দখযের স্থান| অন্যান্য ইহুদীরাও সকলে মর্দখয়কে খুবই সম্মান করতো| তারা মর্দখয়কে শ্রদ্ধা করতো কারণ মর্দখয় ইহুদীদের উন্নতির জন্য কঠিন পরিশ্রম করেছিলেন এবং সমস্ত ইহুদীদের জন্য শান্তি এনেছিলেন|
KJV : For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.
YLT : For Mordecai the Jew [is] second to king Ahasuerus, and a great man of the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking good for his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.
RV : For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren; seeking the good of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.
RSV : For Mordecai the Jew was next in rank to King Ahasuerus, and he was great among the Jews and popular with the multitude of his brethren, for he sought the welfare of his people and spoke peace to all his people.

ERVEN : Mordecai the Jew was second in importance to King Xerxes. He was the most important man among the Jews. His fellow Jews respected him very much, because he worked hard for the good of his people and brought peace to all the Jews.
