তখন আমি ঐ অবশিষ্ট এক তৃতীয়াংশ লোকেদের পরীক্ষা করব| আমি তাদের বিভিন্ন সংকটে ফেলব| সেগুলো হবে তাদের অগ্নিপরীক্ষার মত ঠিক য়েমন লোকেরা আগুন ব্যবহার করে রূপোকে খাঁটি করতে অথবা সোনা খাঁটি কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করতে| তখন তারা আমার নামে ডাকবে আর আমি তাদের ডাকে সাড়া দেব| আমি বলব, ‘তোমরা আমার লোক|’ আর তারা বলবে, ‘প্রভু আমাদের ঈশ্বর|”‘

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It [is] my people: and they shall say, The LORD [is] my God.
