এই 1,44,000 জন লোক হলেন তাঁরা যাঁরা স্ত্রীলোকদের সংসর্গে নিজেদের কলুষিত করেন নি, কারণ তাঁরা খাঁটি৷ তাঁরা মেষশাবক য়েখানে যান সেখানেই তাঁকে অনুসরণ করেন৷ পৃথিবীর লোকদের মধ্য থেকে এই 1,44 ,000 জন লোককে মুক্ত করা হয়েছে৷ ঈশ্বর ও মেষশাবকের উদ্দেশ্যে তাঁরা মনুষ্যদের মধ্য থেকে অগ্রিমাংশরূপে গৃহীত হয়েছেন৷

These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, [being] the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
