যাকোবের পরিবার আগুনের মত হয়ে উঠবে| য়োষেফের জাতি হবে অগ্নিশিখার মত| কিন্তু এষৌর উপজাতিরা হবে তৃণের মত| যিহূদাবাসীরা ইদোমকে পুড়িয়ে ফেলবে| যিহূদাবাসীরা ইদোমকে ধ্বংস করে দেবে| তখন এষৌর উপজাতির মধ্যে কেউ জীবিত থাকবে না|” কেন? কারণ প্রভু ঈশ্বরই এই কথাটি বলেছেন|

And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be [any] remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken [it. ]
