ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, ਭਲਾ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਨਿਰਬੁੱਧ ਹੋ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਭਈ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਬਾਹਰੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਸੋ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ?

And he saith unto them, {SCJ}Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, [it] cannot defile him; {SCJ.}

and he saith to them, `So also ye are without understanding! Do ye not perceive that nothing from without entering into the man is able to defile him?
