BNV ফরীশী দাঁড়িয়ে নিজের সম্বন্ধে এইভাবে প্রার্থনা করতে লাগল, ‘য়ে ঈশ্বর, আমি তোমায় ধন্যবাদ দিচ্ছি য়ে আমি অন্য সব লোকদের মতো নই; দস্য়ু, প্রতারক, ব্যভিচারী অথবা এই কর-আদায়কারীর মতো নই৷
KJV {SCJ}The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men [are,] extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. {SCJ.}
