ಅದರ ಕರುಳುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವನು ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಳೆಯಬೇಕು; ಯಾಜಕನು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುವ ದಹನಬಲಿಯಂತೆಯೂ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಸುವಾಸನೆಯಾಗು ವಂತೆಯೂ ಸುಡಬೇಕು.

But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, [to be] a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
