ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು--ಅಲ್ಲ; ನಾನು ಈಗ ಕರ್ತನ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ಅಧಿಪತಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಂದನು; ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನು ಬೋರಲು ಬಿದ್ದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸಿ ಆತನಿಗೆನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ ಏನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಅಂದನು.

And he said, Nay; but [as] captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant?
