ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, " ହେ ମାରେ ଦାସ ଯାକୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗ ରେ ଅଛୁ, ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କରୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତଡ଼ି ଦଇେଅଛୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସଂହାର କରିବା। ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସଂହାର କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିବଚେନା ପୂର୍ବକ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦବୋ। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ନ ଦଇେ ଛାଡ଼ିବା ନାହିଁ।"

Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I [am] with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.
