ତାହା ଏକ ବିଶଷେ ରାତ୍ରି ଥିଲା। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାଇଁ ଯାହା କରିଥିଲେ, ତାହା ସମାନେେ ସ୍ମରଣ କଲେ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନେ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ସହେି ବିଶଷେ ରାତ୍ରୀକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ପାଳନ କରିବେ।

It [is] a night to be much observed unto the LORD for bringing them out from the land of Egypt: this [is] that night of the LORD to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations.
