আমি সেই সাংঘাতিক জিনিসটিকে অর্থাত্ তোমাদের তৈরী বাছুরটিকে নিয়ে আগুনে পুড়িয়েছিলাম| আমি এটিকে টুকরো টুকরো করে ভেঙ্গেছিলাম এবং ধূলোয় পরিণত না হওয়া পর্য়ন্ত সেই টুকরোগুলোকে পিষেছিলাম| এরপর পর্বত থেকে য়ে নদী নেমে এসেছে তার মধ্যে সেই ধূলো ছুঁড়ে ফেলেছিলাম|

And I took your sin, the calf which ye had made, and burnt it with fire, and stamped it, [and] ground [it] very small, [even] until it was as small as dust: and I cast the dust thereof into the brook that descended out of the mount.
