এরপর লোহা, মাটি, পিতল, রূপা ও সোনা সব কিছু এক সঙ্গে ভেঙে টুকরো টুকরো হয়ে গেল| তারপর এগুলো গ্রীষ্মকালীন শস্যাদি মাড়াবার জায়গায কিছুই ফেলে না রেখে তুষের মতো বাতাসের সঙ্গে উড়ে গেল| তারপর সেই পাথরের খণ্ডটি এক বিরাট পর্বতের আকার নিল ও সারা পৃথিবী ঢেকে ফেলল|

Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

The wind blew them away, and there was nothing left. No one could tell that a statue had ever been there. Then the rock that hit the statue became a very large mountain and filled up the whole earth.
